ONE MORE ATROCITY BY CID & POLICE AGAINST NITHYANANDA ASHRAMITES
AN INCREDIBLY VINDICTIVE PLAN MASTERMINDED BY THE CID (CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT) USING THE LOCAL POLICE
Since the CID is unable to find any way to fabricate more charges against Paramahamsa Nithyananda, they are now resorting to illegal arrest of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam’s innocent ashramites.
What really happened:
Thursday, February 24, 2011, 3.30 pm
S P Ramalingappa of the CID, escorted by other CID officials and police from the local Bidadi police station try to forcibly enter ashram gates under the pretext of investigation.
Ashram has already received information that the CID, as a last resort, is trying to create a charge of illegal possession of drugs against Paramahamsa Nithyananda by secretly planting marijuana packets on the campus.
As an essential self-protection measure, the ashram security team stops the police at the gates for a few moments and requests them to state the reason they are here.
They say they have a memo for Ma Nithya Sadhananda & Arun Raj.
Both these ashramites are not in the ashram, and the ashramites politely inform them of this.
Refusing to listen, police try to barge in and search the premises.
Ashramites request to see their search warrant.
Police retort, We are the police and we can go anywhere we want, we don’t need to show you anything!
They threaten ashramites, manhandle and hurt Rishi Nithya Dayananda, an ashramite who was merely recording the event, and leave the premises in a huff.

Three police vans barge into ashram from the local Bidadi police station.
The police demand that Rishi Nithya Dayananda to be produced for alleged ‘obstruction of CID’
When ashramites ask if an FIR has been register, the police say, “All that you can see later. If you don’t come now, we will drag you there!’
They show a letter to Rishi Dayananda written in Kannada, a language he cannot read or understand.
Rishi Dayananda asks for just 15 minutes’ time, saying he cannot sign a document he cannot read and needs to wait till his lawyer gets there.
Police refuse and threaten to lodge one more FIR against him and anyone else who appeals for time.
REFUSING HIM THE BASIC RIGHT TO HIS LAWYER’S PRESENCE, AND FORCING HIM TO SIGN A DOCUMENT HE CANNOT READ, THE POLICE THREATEN RISHI NITHYA DAYANANDA, ABUSE HIM, DRAG HIM BY HIS HURT ARM AND PUSH HIM INTO THE VAN.
Sri Nithya Shantimayananda, who happens to be translating the police’s words for Rishi Nithya Dayananda, is also pushed into the van & BOTH ARE TAKEN AWAY.

THEY ARE FORCIBLY TAKEN TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR A MEDICAL EXAMINATION.
AS YOU READ THIS, THE THREE ASHRAMiTES ARE SPENDING THE NIGHT OF 24-25 FEBRUARY IN JUDICIAL CUSTODY – ARRESTED FOR A CRIME THEY DID NOT COMMIT.
This is only one of a string of atrocities being continuously committed by the CID on Nithyananda and his innocent ashramites, who have dedicated their lives to spreading meditation and serving humanity.
