He has said, "From 2012 to 2015, whether one wants it or not, the reduction in earth's subtle gravitational power is going to drastically reduce millions of thoughts in human beings because every thought has its own weight. When the weight of the thoughts reduces, one will experience certain vacuum within, and that vacuum can be converted either as restful awareness or depression. People who are not conscious enough, intelligent enough, aware enough, to be comfortable with the less thoughts more action, are going to brand and label that experience unconsciously as depression. One has a choice whether to travel into the deeper zones of silence and peace or emptiness and depression. Humanity has to learn the science of creating with less thoughts, living with less thoughts, performing with less thoughts, being a leader with less number of thoughts.

Unfortunately humanity was always taught, by many unconscious leaders that more thoughts means the more intelligent one is, more thinking means the more creative one can be. No. Thought based leadership is always grabbing and violent, thought based creativity is always copying and stealing.

Transform now or never, because for this same phenomena to happen again will take 3 million years. It is time to rewrite, rediscover the fundamental truths and humanity is right now in a juncture where even physically planet earth is giving way, urging it to move from mind to meditation and from space of more thoughts to silence and restful awareness. It is time humanity builds meditation based leadership and silence based creativity. In this dimension one can express that which was never ever imagined in the past on planet earth. It is time to go beyond past and future.

Anything one does related to their physical or mental health, relationship or their wealth creation and maintenance, or expressing one's leadership qualities or more creativity, or raising one's status, let everything, every action be infused with more silence. Let there be more quantity and quality of silence in every action, every planning, even in one's thinking. It is possible. After a fight or conflicting situations if one can infuse sadness and continue to think, then why not infuse silence and continue thinking. This only make us more aware to create only the necessary thoughts which will become reality."

Paramahamsa Nithyananda says, "Instead of having ten thousand thoughts to make two thoughts into reality and getting frustrated about nine thousand and ninety eight thoughts not becoming reality, it is better for one to have hundred thoughts and let all the hundred thoughts become reality without frustration. When one gets comfortable in this space of natural silence, decisions will be made with more intuition and intelligence. Physically the liver and spleen will be alive, active and fresh and not allow one to age. All aging process happens from liver and spleen. Unfortunately all the mystical things are always made to believe as extraordinary and impossible by the ordinary human mind and society. Humanity with ordinary logic, before even having little bit of patience and before giving any chance, labels these truths as impractical and impossible. Unfortunately humanity cannot introduce all the dimensions our self. One needs to just give one's self a chance. Human beings are not just as described by humanity. Each one has more possibility in them than humanity has introduced to them.

The first requirement for human beings is to make this transformation as a first priority. When one starts performing more actions with less thoughts, the side effect of grace will land on them. When the grace lands on a person, the main effect is enlightenment, the side effect is power of coincidence. Continuously, coincidentally, in the person's life, miracles will start happening. One will be feeling the power of coincidence literally in one's life, when one puts transformation as a first priority. A intense and sincere person will see automatically many of the patterns will change and the life will get aligned to this one truth.
Naturally one will wonder how to move from chaos and confusion to the restful awareness, how to move from the world of mind and thoughts to the world of silence and how to move from the human consciousness to the super human consciousness. 21 days of direct initiations and kundalini awakening not only will free one from the mental patterns, but it will free one from the very bio memory pattern itself."

NITHYANANDA MEDICAL TEST in Aarti Rao's 'rape' case

HC STAYS NITHYANANDA MEDICAL TEST

Bangalore, 08 August 2012: The Karnataka High Court today extended the stay on the proposed medical test to be conducted on spiritual guru Paramahamsa Nithyananda, who is currently on a pilgrimage to Kailash-Manasarovar with a group of international devotees.

Nithyananda’s lawyer and Senior Counsel C V Nagesh presented his arguments in court yesterday in a compelling session which lasted close to three hours. The senior counsel contended that the police had sought the test with a malafide intention, which would provide no purpose other than cheap publicity for public consumption.

A few pertinent questions placed before the court included:

1)      1) What is the purpose and validity of a medical test conducted SIX years after the alleged act?
2)      Why has the mandatory primary medical examination of the alleged rape victim not been conducted to date, to determine if she has indeed been raped, and whether she is suffering from any sexually transmitted disease (STD) from her previous illicit relationships as claimed?
3)      Even if the medical test proves potency, does it in any way prove that the individual has committed that particular crime?
4)      Conversely, if the medical test proves impotency, is the Investigating Officer (IO) N. M. Ramalingappa ready to withdraw the rape charge?
5)      Why are the statements of 15 witnesses recorded in 2010 being suppressed by the Investigating Officer?
6)      Why has Ramalingappa impersonated himself as the Investigating Officer in this case, as a memo had been already issued in November 2011 by the DGP, replacing Ramalingappa with Deputy Superintendent of Police (CID) B N Ambiger as the Investigating Officer?

Presenting his arguments, Adv . Nagesh noted: “It is surprising and astonishing to note that the Investigator has till this day, not subjected the tell-tale victim for a medical examination to know as to whether she is suffering from any disease and as to whether she is capable of receiving an act of intercourse, be it by consent or by force from her male companion. 

“What needs to be seen is as to whether the examination of the arrested person will afford evidence as to the commission of the offence of rape alleged against him.

“Even if the medical examination of the petitioner were to indicate that he is capable of having an act of intercourse, it does not indicate that there exists evidence with regard to the commission of the offence of rape complained against him. 

“Conversely, putting that if the result of the medical examination of the petitioner were to indicate that the petitioner is impotent or not capable of having an act of intercourse, the Investigator cannot withdraw the prosecution of the petitioner.”

Nithyananda had approached the Karnataka High Court earlier this month challenging the Ramanagaram District court’s order for the medical test. After listening to the arguments on both sides, Hon’ble Justice V. Jagannathan extended the stay till the next hearing which is likely to be on 22 August.

US COURT CLEARS NITHYANANDA FOUNDATION OF NINE FALSE CHARGES

 

 

LOS ANGELES, July 19, 2012: The Central District Court of California, USA, led by Honorable Judge Stephen F. Wilson, has cleared Nithyananda Foundation of nine charges in a civil suit filed against the Foundation by a real-estate agent Popatlal Savla.

It may be noted that Nithyananda himself is neither a trustee nor partner nor in any way legally involved in this foundation. Also, he is neither a plaintiff, nor an accused, nor a witness nor otherwise involved in the current case, which is between a devotee and Savla.

Of the ten charges made by Savla, one charge alone was found to be in favor of the plaintiff. However, the Foundation will be appealing this issue to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals forthwith. The Foundation also won the punitive damages phase of the trial.
