Arati Rao - Sex victim of Paramahamsa Nithyananda
Saw her on Survana TV interview. She is really a victim! The one question that not answered is Swamiji very boldly telling that she has sexually transmitted disease (STD) - Herpes 2. Even if they had protected sex, both of them would have the same disease because it is contagious and can be passed on just with saliva.
So the million dollar question for me, why don't Swamiji and Arati Rao do a blood test? This will prove who is speaking the truth. Swamiji claims He never had sex - so his test should show negative.
She claims that she was raped (that was the case charged on Swamiji by her) at least 40 times in 5 years. If she is telling the truth then would like to know the result of their blood test. Is she carrier of Herpes 2, as claimed by Swamiji that she came for healing to him? If not, than she is telling the truth. If yes, then it goes another step, which all of us know, let's see Swamiji's blood result. He should be Herpes 2 positive too. If He is then it's proven she is speaking the truth.
OK, now Swami claims He has given his blood test result to the higher officials and to the court.
Not sure if Arati Rao has done it too. If she is really innocent and want to get justice and safe all other women, isn't this is one of the first thing she should do? Hope she will give her blood to be tested and proof that she is right as she claims and safe us all the women and children that could be a victim. Only for this she was ready to come in the public and give TV interviews, right? Then proof it!
The same time, to be very honest, I have personal experience with Swamiji and Arati Rao. Don't know her much. Never even knew she had the disease until she came on the Suvarna TV interview, and Swamiji said now he had to speak to defend himself because she is telling he raped her.
Remember her joining us, in a Yatra to Varanasi. Yes, remember her visiting us in the ashram in LA in 2006 / 2007. She has never been an ashramite. She visited the ashram as many other devotees, whenever Swami visits US. It is very common we get a huge crowd of people visiting when Swami visits, and she was one of them.
Now, ofcourse I have my own experience with Swamiji. Truly cannot even relate to Arati's statement - swami raped her. OK, I am not telling she is wrong, yet to find out. If she is ready for a blood test this issue will resolve.
My personal experience is Swamiji radiates very much motherly energy too. I abosultely feel safe being in the presence of Swamiji. To tell the truth, even more than being in the presence of my own family. Somehow never experienced greed or ego in him. He scolds, but like no vengence or vested interest. Even in scolding, only experienced love. Like mother scolding a child playing with knife.
One thing I know for sure: Being a woman, whether he is 18 or he is 80 years old, when a man has lust; a woman can sense that. The man's look, and touch - especially when he gives a hug, a woman can tell. Even if she is not able to tell in the 1st or 2nd touch would have surely felt uncomfortable....but if it's 40 times; NO doubt that a woman can tell whether the man is acting out of love and care or lust. So telling this happened more than 40 times for about 5 years, just seem like doesn't make sense to my personal logic and experience.
As for men, a couple years ago, I had to rent a room. I found 2 places that thought would work out for me. To make sure the place is safe, I asked for 2nd opinion. I had a close friend of mine came and check out the place. Made sure it's a male friend because the owner of these places are men. So I had this idea, better to ask a male friend to check these places and introduce to the owner so they are aware, I have my family here, felt a little more protected. Finally decide to rent one of the place and my friend also recommend the same. One day in my conversation with the owner, he said actually it was easier for me lease this place to you after seeing your friend. He said "I being a man, it's easier to read and understand another man better than a woman". So if go with this logic, man would be able to tell if Swamiji is lust full and womanizer too, no? Men are also naturally known to be very protective. In this matter many men are still followers of Swamiji, and haven't heard a single person have seen (or with proof) their women in the family is being abused by swamiji.
Arati Rao has a criminal record
In her chargesheet against Nithyananda in Nov 2010, Arati Rao had clearly stated that she was instrumental in the morphed video conspiracy against Nithyananda along with Lenin Karuppan. Also, she is facing multiple charges of fraud, extortion and abuse in India and USA. She is right now evading SIX summons in India, multiple COURT ORDERS in the USA and police investigation in both countries. Lenin Karuppan has been arrested and is now in Puzhal jail in Chennai.
1. She is the carrier of an incurable sexually transmitted disease (STD) called Herpes 2 as a result of multiple illicit relationships. She is challenged to undergo tests to deny this and make her medical records public.
2. Life Bliss Foundation (LBF) sued Ms. Rao in California and at the conclusion of the litigation LBF prevailed and received a money judgment against Ms. Rao for theft of trade secrets, fraud and numerous other counts (Case Number: RIC 1105004).
3. In an attempt to avoid the judgment in the US, Ms. Rao filed for personal bankruptcy in US Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Michigan (Case Number: 11-68470-SWR Chapter 7). The federal bankruptcy judge dismissed Ms. Rao’s case as false.
4. Whenever Ms. Rao has been summoned to sit for a deposition or to undergo cross examination about these false and scandalous claims, she has refused to appear for deposition or cross examination, even when the US Court has offered her security and safe passage to and from the Courthouse (Court Order dt. Apr 18, 2012).
5. She had given the same complaint against Paramahamsa Nithyananda to the USA police as well, but her case was investigated and closed by the USA police as baseless. Since she is now opening the case again, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam is filing a case against her for malicious prosecution.
6. She is currently facing FINAL SUMMONS in Karnataka’s Ramanagara Magistrate Court in the criminal conspiracy and extortion case filed by actress and Nithyananda devotee Ms. Ranjita (P.C.R. 183/2010 (C.C. No. 599/2011) filed on December 31, 2010 under Section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The complaint has been filed for crimes committed under IPC Sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 506 (Criminal intimidation), 384 (Extortion), 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
7. She is also wanted in connection with a blackmail and extortion complaint registered against her by Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam administrator Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda in July 2011 on charges of extortion, blackmail and criminal conspiracy (Sections 341, 342,392, 323, 420 & 506 (ii) of IPC) The Tamil Nadu CBCID has issued a red alert to Interpol to nab her. (Case No. 782/2011). Her fellow conspirator Lenin Karuppan has already been arrested in this case and is now in Puzhal jail in Chennai.
8. She is wanted by a Varanasi court in connection with the creation and distribution of the morphed video attempting to link Paramahamsa Nithyananda and actress Ranjitha. The section numbers are 292, 500, 509 of the C.P.C along with Section 4 of the Information and Technology Act (Case No. 1450/2011) and Section 6 of the Indecent Representation of Women Act, 1986.
9. In the USA, she is facing serious charges of child abuse of a sexual nature. (details cannot be divulged at present).
10. She has been avoiding investigation in all the cases against her in India and USA till date AND IS ABSCONDING.
