Ignorant to Enlightenment

Did not recognize Him - Met Swamiji for the 1st time on August 19, 2003, in the South San Jose, CA temple.  He led mahamantra meditation. After the meditation, saw Swami was having food that was kept for public. He used regular disposable plate and utensils.  That was a surprise to me. Took a black and white flyer back home and decided let me give a try.  What ‘meditation’ is all about?

He found a place in my heart - Attended the 1st program ever Swamjii offered in Northern California.  The last session for the 1st day was a game.  At one point he said “who is not married, come out!”  So I ran and stood next to him.  Some participants, called my name and said “you are married”.  I was surprise!  I heard it right, yes, who is not married, but still went to the front.  It was mind blowing for me. Went and sat in silence. He brought the little girl inside me out! Wow, when was the last time I felt like this? He shed my societal identity and status.

Scandal before the scandal - Swamiji had his rumor scandal in march 2010, I had my own rumor scandal in 2008.  Of course the magnitude of Swamiji’s was huge.   My rumor scandal was big enough for me.   My ex-husband started a rumor way before Lenin Karuppan and Arti did for swamiji.  He spread the rumor tantric sex is being practiced in the ashram, I am sleeping with my own Guru and many other guys. I was devastated to hear such statement from my own husband. I felt like I was stabbed by someone I trusted and shared my life.  It was one of the most painful moment in my life ever.  The more he abuse Swamiji the more I felt gratitude and devotion, seeing the sacrifice a Guru has to go through to liberate one soul.One thing I was clear, if I can be labeled with lies, why not swamiji.  I went through a small version of it.  So the rumor scandal of Swamiji did not shake the trust in Swamiji. I had a soft corner for Ranjitha because I am woman who had a glimpse of being a victim.

He is an Incarnation - It was T’sunami fighting against the society current about the rumor scandal and to stand by the Master. The blessings is feeling gratitude became even deeper. I saw divine qualities in Him did not change at all even during the lowest point of HIS life.   I took up the Healing Tower responsibility, call the all the old devotees, spoke to almost every single one. People threatened, questioned, furious, faced it all, and now my feeling connection to the Master is way stronger than ever. This rumor scandal made this mind to surrender and accept the reality, Yes HE is an incarnation.  No human can withstand this attack gracefully.

NO longer the 293rd of Madurai Aadheenam

Swamiji will no longer continue as pontiff of Madurai Aadheenam.

In view of the recent submission by the Tamil Nadu Govt. that two individuals cannot jointly hold the position of pontiff of Madurai Aadheenam under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) Act, the 292nd pontiff Srila Sri Arunagirinatha Sri Jnanasambandha Desika Paramacharya Swamigal has agreed to revoke the appointment of Paramahamsa Nithyananda as the 293rd pontiff of the Aadheenam.

 

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Paramahamsa Nithyananda clarified that he had communicated to the 292nd pontiff a day earlier that he was ready to step down from the post of the 293rd pontiff, as the current situation was taking its toll on the elderly pontiff's frail health and peace of mind.

'What the 292nd pontiff has done is perfectly right, and in keeping with my own wishes. I do not wish to cause any danger to the pontiff's health or his position as the head of the Aadheenam. The 292nd pontiff has put in many decades of service to the society and contributed greatly to the well-being of Hinduism, and it is not right that he should lose his position as the head of the Aadheenam due to the current situation,' Paramahamsa Nithyananda said. 

When asked if the senior pontiff feared a retaliation from some of Paramahamsa Nithyananda's devotees, Paramahamsa Nithyananda said that he had strictly instructed devotees to remain calm under all circumstances, and to leave the Aadheenam premises with all due respects to the senior pontiff

Obvious miss match with medical report.  Aarthi Rao, who has filed charge against Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji), saying she was raped 40 times over the time span of 5 years. Aarthi Rao's medical report in 2004 says she has highly contagious STD, possible carrier of STD since1996. Meanwhile Swamiji's blood test shows negative of all these viruses. If he raped her 40 times, his blood test should have shown positive to these viruses.
Miss match with the dates.  One of the rape incident, she reported that she was raped on Dec1st, 2005 in Salem, India. The medical report says Dec.1st, she was going through medical treatment in Michigan, USA, she will be traveling to India for 4 months. Where was Swamiji? He was conducting NSP (4 days workshop) in Bidadi on Dec.1st, 2005. There is a video recording he was conducting the workshop.

How could a rape take place in Salem,Tamil Nadu, when she 'the victim' was in Michigan,US and 'the rapist' Swamiji was in Bidadi, Banguluru?

Miss match in her character she projects.  Medical report says in 2009, she went for a check-up to find out if she carries HIV. She informed her doctor that she has a new relationship and had intercourse with man HIV positive.  The same time she goes on giving interviews in many Indian TV programs in multiple languages that she is from Orthodox Brahmin family, only has monogamous relationship with her husband.  Then she herself says that she had sex with other than her husband for 'enlightenment' and another intercourse with a man of HIV positive in 2009. Knowingly an 'orthodox Brahmin' woman, having sex with a person who is HIV positive, wonder because of lust, greed (she is offered a lot of money / treasure) or fear (she or family was blackmailed)? Or something else....   She is also made statements in her interviews in the media that she is a mechanical engineer graduate from a very reputable university / college in India.  Came to US with scholarship to do Masters in the same field. That shows she is a 'smart' and 'intellectual' person. Her medical report shows that she tells everything to her doctor, including about her new relationship in 2009.  How come she did not report of her 40 rape incidents for 5 years, even once to her doctor?

Now, we have all the evidence Swamiji is innocent. Aarti Rao blatantly lie to the officials and to the public in the media. 

Actually this appeal is to drop all charges based on her lies. Withdraw the false cases against Swamiji.  We are speaking with evidence. All her statements are lies.  Miss match in medical records, miss match in character, miss match in dates/facts.

Bangalore, 01 Oct 2012: The two-and-a half- year old Nithyananda saga came to its definite conclusion today, with the shocking revelation of the medical records of Aarthi Rao, the woman who has been accusing Nithyananda of sexually abusing her for over 5 years (2005-2009).

Yesterday, a Karnataka television station, Janasri exposed Aarthi Rao's comprehensive medical records spanning eight years (2004-2012) from the University of Michigan Hospitals in the USA has revealed that Aarthi, a US citizen, has been a carrier of three variants of a highly contagious sexually transmitted disease (known as Herpes 2) since 2004.
In her chargesheet of November 2010, Aarthi had falsely claimed that Nithyananda had coerced her into multiple acts of unprotected sexual intercourse, including oral sex, during 2005-2009. She had alleged more than 40 incidents of sexual abuse which took place in multiple locations in India and the USA. However, medical experts say that even a single incident of such contact with the STD carrier would have been sufficient for the disease to spread to the other person. Nithyananda's medical tests performed on 02 September 2012 show that he is not suffering from any STD. Both Aarthi's and Nithyananda's medical records have been submitted to the investigative authorities, including the CID of Karnataka state and the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Ramanagara court.

Medical records are maintained with a high degree of confidentiality in the USA, and Aarthi's records were made available only upon direction from the Superior Court of Michigan, as it provided clinching evidence contrary to the rape charge filed by Aarthi against Nithyananda. Notably, Aarthi had lodged the same complaint of sexual abuse against Nithyananda with the Ann Arbor Police Dept in Michigan USA in 2011, but her case was closed by the police after investigation as baseless.

With the recent discovery, Aarthi's false case against Nithyananda falls to pieces, as the medical records of both parties conclusively prove that Nithyananda had no physical or sexual relationship whatsoever with Aarthi, who is an STD carrier (oral herpes, genital herpes and herpes gladiatorum). Aarthi allegedly contracted the STDs as a result of multiple illicit relationships, including a relationship in 2009 with a suspected HIV positive individual. Notably, in all her media interviews to date, Aarthi has been insisting that she is a married "family" woman from an orthodox family who is in a monogamous marriage, and Nithyananda had raped her and destroyed her marriage. She has also openly claimed that she has no sexually transmitted disease, which her own authenticated medical records from University of Michigan Hospitals completely disprove.

Interestingly, the uncovering of her comprehensive medical records also expose the other blatant lies that Aarthi has been telling to the courts, the CID and the media. For instance, her chargesheet claims that on 01 Dec 2005, she was sexually abused by Nithyananda in Salem (T.N.) in India. However, her medical records show that she was actually in University of Michigan Hospitals in the USA on that date, undergoing treatment for an outbreak of her STD! Also, ashram records and videos prove that Nithyananda was actually conducting a meditation program in his ashram in Bidadi on that date.

With Aarthi Rao's medical records putting to an end all speculation and accusations against Nithyananda for the past 2.5 years, the spiritual leader's followers worldwide are in a mood of celebration. Spiritual groups, local groups and devotees also staged peaceful protests across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, demanding the immediate arrest of Aarthi and the quashing of all the false cases against Nithyananda and an inquiry into the CID for their handling of the case. International devotees have approached the Indian embassy in their countries and submitted petitions appealing for support for justice for Nithyananda.

Speaking to a private group of devotees on the occasion, Paramahamsa Nithyananda said, 'Evil actions cannot be hidden from the eyes of God & the law forever. Even now Aarthi has a chance to repent and reform by confessing her crimes before the law. Ultimately, Truth always triumphs. Satyameva jayate!'

Seattle-Washington, 23 September: Vinay Bharadwaj, the individual who had falsely accused Hindu spiritual teacher Paramahamsa Nithyananda of sexual abuse, has been himself convicted by a U.S. court on multiple counts of child molestation. The King County Superior Court of Washington, in the criminal case of State of Washington versus Vinay K. Bharadwaj, has sentenced Bharadwaj to 57 months (4 years & 9 months) in prison, followed by immediate deportation from the USA.  Bharadwaj's appeal for a fresh trial was denied by the court.

It may be recalled that the 38-year-old US resident had approached the CID of Police of Karnataka state in December 2011 with false sexual abuse allegations against Paramahamsa Nithyananda. However, no charges were framed against Nithyananda, as Bharadwaj failed to provide any proof of his allegations.

On 14 August 2012, the court found Vinay Bharadwaj guilty on 3 separate felony counts of child molestation and a fourth count of communicating with a child for immoral purposes. Child molestation is considered among the most serious crimes in the U.S., and Bharadwaj was immediately taken into custody without bail.
